Welcome to your Spanish INDIVIDUAL conversation classes!

These classes are strictly individual and to help you make the most of your classes and enjoy every minute, here are the general conditions. We hope this information is helpful and inspires you to continue learning with enthusiasm!

Class Duration

Class Time: Each class lasts 60 minutes.
Delays: If you start the class late, that time will be deducted from your session. If the delay is on part of the teacher, you will be compensated with extra time in a future class.

Cancellations

Minimum Period: You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class.
Outside the Period: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the class will be charged.
Similarly, if the teacher cancels the class without the required notice, it will be compensated.

Free Trial Class

Duration: Between 30 and 45 minutes.
Objective: The purpose of this class, which is individual (except if you are under 16 years old, in which case you may be accompanied by an adult) is to provide all the information about the class structure, understand your expectations and needs, assess your level, explain the method, time, schedule, payment details and answer any questions you may have.
The teacher reserves the right to request a deposit of between 10 and 12 euros for the trial class. This amount, which serves as a garantee of attendance, will be deducted from the total price of the subsequent classes reservation, provided that no more than one month elapses between the trial class and the purschase of the voucher, in which case, the discount will not be applied.
In case of not booking any classes, this deposit will not be refunded.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance that has not been notified at least, 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the right to receive this free trial class at a later date.

Class Payment

In Advance: Classes must be paid for at least, 24 hours in advance.
Rates: We offer individual classes and packs of 5 and 10 classes.

Class Packs

Validity: The purpose of the 5 or 10 class pack is to offer a discount and ensure regularity in the classes. The validity periods are as follows:

5-Class Pack: Valid for 3 months from the reservation date.
10-Class Pack: Valid for 6 months from the reservation date.

Unused Classes: Classes not used within the validity period of each pack and requested after the expiration date will be charged at the individual class rate, according to the current price. After 6 months (for the 5-class-pack) or after one year ( for the 10-class-pack) from the date of pack purchase, the student will lose the right to use any unused class. In this case, no compensation will be provided.
Non-transferable Use: The pack is personal and cannot be used by or shared to another person.

Study Environment

Ideal Location: For an effective class, we need a quiet environment. Avoid as much as possible taking the class in streets, noisy public places, parks, vehicles or noisy locations.
Interruptions: If the location chosen by the student affects the quality and the flow of the class, the teacher may end the session. In this case, there will be no refund or time compensation provided.
